Aplion’s Acton Topical Delivery System is a small disposable device that can automatically deliver specific medication for wound care for up to one week. The technology provides individualized, automated, and continuous treatment for ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients with hard-to-heal wounds. The individualized treatment plan may be directed toward reducing bio-burden or infection, reducing pain, or controlling inflammation, all while simultaneously promoting a moist wound healing environment.
